Ming Chuan University Founder Dr. Pao Teh-Ming held to the belief of “serving the
country with the power of education,” and realized that education is the foundation
of the country and can build national prosperity. In order to improve education, we
need continuous research and development. To realize these philosophies, the Graduate School of Education was founded under the School of Education and Applied Languages in 2001 after being approved by Ministry of Education.

humanities, pursue self-excellence, and develop into professionals with global views.
